Ham And Pineapple Scone Recipe
A recipe for ham and pineapple scone submitted by Ian Kender
You will need:
1/2 cup cocktail sauce
1 cup of shelled pecans
1 cup of pineapple chunks (canned & drained)
1 tsp. chervil, chopped
1 cup cream cheese
Preheat your oven to 400 F (200 C). Using a food mixer, blend the cocktail sauce, pecans, chervil and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in ham and pineapple. Cut the scone in half. Spoon on ham mixture and spread across like filling a cake. Press on scone lid firmly. Wrap in foil and bake for 20 mins until brown. Serve hot or cold.
